Accumulation Distribution of Trusts - Forms 4970 and Schedule 2

I need to file an amended return including taxes resulting from the accumulated distribution of a foreign trust. It appears that the amount, determined using Form 4970 can be simply reported on Schedule 2. (Instructions say to not file Form 4790.)

How can I 'include' an editable and integrated Schedule 2 in an amended return?

Turbotax appears to have added has added Form 4790 to my uncompleted amended return when I searched for Schedule 2, but 4790 does not appear to function. (Line 14 is completely missing and is necessary for the calculation.) If this form worked and led to the inclusion of Schedule 2, this would be helpful.

It would be sufficient if I was able to include an editable and integrated Schedule 2.

Failing this, how would you recommend that I file/submit the amended return?
