709 form Line 7 of taxformcalculator not editable

Hi there, I tried to use the following tax form calculator. I chose No for DSUE amount in line 19 and planned to enter $4,769,800 in line 7, but this calculator is not letting me edit for line 7. Please confirm if I am missing something.
