Hello - I purchased a TurboTax Home & Business license from Costco. Both InstallTurboTax.com and TurboTax.Intuit.com/personal-taxes/cd-download/install-turbotax/ just hang when trying to access these sites using a personal Windows laptop. I’ve tried using the following browsers: FireFox, Google Chrome, and Microsoft Edge. I’ve cleared all cookies, caches, and history. I’ve also tried using Incognito tabs.
I thought perhaps the problem was the Intuit server, but the download website renders (shows graphics) when I try to access it from my Apple iPhone and Apple work computer.
Help! Why is the TurboTax download website not working with Windows computers? I’ve downloaded TurboTax onto my Windows laptop for several years without problems; until now.

RESOLVED
Uninstalling the 2025 Windows updates did NOT fix the problem. Here’s what did fix the problem:
1) Creating a new user account on my Windows laptop
2) Signing in to the new user account
3) Opening Microsoft Edge, going to InstallTurboTax.com, cursing while watching the mouse cursor spin and nothing rendering on the page
4) Announcing to my husband that I was going to buy a Mac Mini at Best Buy after eating lunch. Eating said lunch.
5) Not really wanting to buy a new computer, I opened FireFox via the new user account, typed in InstallTurboTax.com, closed my eyes, and held my breath. Voila! The website finally rendered and I was able to download the 2024 version.
I'm not having issues with this link.
For TurboTax Desktop, you can download/install your software from this link.
Thank you for the quick response. The link you provided works on my Apple iPhone, but does not work on my Windows (11) laptop. That is my problem. That link does not work on Windows despite having my VPN off, listing that site as safe in my antivirus program, using Incognito, clearing cache/cookies/history, trying FireFox, Chrome, and Edge, and being an administrator. I suspect the Windows update that downloaded yesterday is causing this problem.
