I signed up for (live) help in filing my 2018 taxes.  My husband for all of our marriage (50)years had prepared and filed our joint taxes.  In April he was in hospice and I thought with live help I would use that method.  I found getting LIVE HELP was too difficult and thought I would file for an extension.  Today I found out no extension had been filed.  I am now engaging a CPA because I still find it impossible to get LIVE HELP.  I would appreciate a call from someone to assure me that after I file I can put the info online and perhaps use your system for 2019.  Is there a support number I may call??
