Deluxe version for PC. Clicking on "update" in Step-by-Step" for Social Security on the Income Summary page takes you to a question page about other countries not taxing SSA. Clicking continue takes you back to the income summary page. Cannot get to the entry page for SSA numbers, which I had already entered on Forms.
Second bug - after going through the 1099 entries comes a screen about non-deductible IRA contributions, selecting "no" and clicking the "continue" button is where the program hangs and will not go forward.
Tried to call "support" number but voice simply referred me back to community, and I couldn't speak to anyone or enter info about the bugs.

Are you still experiencing these issues?
1/14 10:37am YES, both program bugs still present.
I hope someone from TurboTax is reviewing these comments. I don't know any other way to report a program bug. It would be nice to get some acknowledgement from someone that a fix was in the works. I've been a TT user for over THIRTY years since it first was known as ChipSoft, and this is the first time I can recall a buggy program this far into the tax season.
Please know these comments do get reviewed. In the community, we don't always have specific information to offer you, but appreciate you letting us know your experiences and this is the perfect place to report those things.
@CatinaT1 What I found for 1099R Continue button.
Windows 10 Desktop Home & Business
I entered all my 1099Rs and the last one IRA QCD took me to the end of the section to the Any Nondeductible Contributions to your IRA screen. I clicked NO and hit Continue but it just stays on that screen. It made a IRA Contribution Worksheet with nothing on it in Forms.
GOT IT TO WORK. If I keep clicking on the blue continue box I must have eventually clicked in the right spot in the box and it continues on back to the Income Summary. Don't know if it is my notebook or mouse or the Turbo Tax blue button. Might have to tell people to try that.
Finally worked for me as well - took 7 random area clicks for both my wife's and my questions. In each case was a tiny pinpoint area on the left side of the box. TT needs to expand the functional area of the blue box.
Still didn't address my second bug - can't get to the entry screen on Social Security - goes to screen for list of countries not taxing SSA. Clicking "Back" or "Continue" each loops back to the income summary page, so you can never get to the SSA entry screen.
Both of these issues were in Step-by-Step
Sadly, neither of these bug were repaired with today's program update.
Updated again today 1/23 and NEITHER of the above bugs have been fixed. Would be nice to have a response from TurboTax sometime this year.
