I received 1099 R with code 1 in box 7 instead 2, do I have to use form 4852 to correct that?

I will use 8915e to report withdrawal related to covid, does that will solve the issue?

No, you do not need Form 4852 to correct this. Form 8915-E will designate it as a covid related withdrawal and eliminate the penalty.
