1099-R Box 5

how do I enter the1099-R Box 5 (Federal Income Tax Withheld) information intoTurboTax  (there is no box for it on ther 1099-R input screen)?

Tax withholding is in box 4.  And there is box 5 for other things on the input screen.    There might be a little checkbox for my form has more boxes.  What kind of 1099R do you have?

What is the form that you received where the federal income taxes withheld are in box 5?

All IRS Form 1099's will have federal income taxes withheld entered in box 4.
