The system will not let me change property tax amount, I entered 138,000 instead of 1,380!!!! When I go back it only will let me add Additional tax, not change amunt

Try making the edit in the Forms option instead of in the Step-by-Step.  I had an entry that Step-by-Step wouldn't correct, but I went to Forms and edited the Form directly and Ttax took that edit.

You may have entered it as a part of your 1098 Mortgage  (there's a place for it there too).  Edit your 1098/Mortgage and see if that's where you put it in.

And be careful about the decimal..   1380comma00 turns into 138,000.00
