Why does it look like no taxes federal are coming out my paycheck?

We can't see your pay stub. If it doesn't show any federal tax being withheld, it's because in fact no federal tax is being withheld. Ask your employer why. It could be that your income is low enough that withholding is not required, or you could have made a mistake filling out the Form W-4 that you gave to your employer. Another possibility is that you are a self-employed independent contractor, not an employee, so nothing is taken out of the payments you receive.
Thankyou for that , is it possible someone could look at my stub and tell me what I’m doing wrong ?
@Khayden1 - you may not be doing anything wrong.
it simply could be based on your income and number of children, there is no reason to have federal withholdings as you would stll get a refund at the end of the year.
Ok thankyou
@Khayden1 You say no federal tax is being withheld. What about Social Security and Medicare (also called "FICA") Is money being withheld for those? If not, you had better find out if you are actually being paid as an independent contractor and will get a 1099NEC in January instead of a W-2. If that is the case, you may be in for an unpleasant shock. If you are working as an independent contract without tax, Social Security or Medicare being withheld, then at tax time you are going to owe self-employment tax. Please clarify here whether you are a W-2 employee or if you are working as an independent contractor.
Ok looking at my statement, I do show employee Medicare , ss employee tax, Ky income tax and Louisville metro , all coming out
1) how much do you estimate you will earn for the year?
2) do you have any children (and if so, how many under the age of 17)?
3) what is your filing status? (married, single, head of household)
4) how old are you (under 25 or over 24 is all I need to know)
from that we can determine whether not having no withholdings makes sense.
