We can't see your pay stub. If it doesn't show any federal tax being withheld, it's because in fact no federal tax is being withheld. Ask your employer why. It could be that your income is low enough that withholding is not required, or you could have made a mistake filling out the Form W-4 that you gave to your employer. Another possibility is that you are a self-employed independent contractor, not an employee, so nothing is taken out of the payments you receive.
