1) how much do you estimate you will earn for the year?
2) do you have any children (and if so, how many under the age of 17)?
3) what is your filing status? (married, single, head of household)
4) how old are you (under 25 or over 24 is all I need to know)
from that we can determine whether not having no withholdings makes sense.
