Why does Turbo Tax not allow me to enter a value for additional property tax (for timeshare)?

Field displays but won't allow data entry. Screen shot attached. Can click on boxes, but cannot enter anything.

can you backspace to remove the $0 and then make an entry?

AHHH the perpetual "$0" Bug?
