Why didnt I get the full earn income credit
What do you mean by the "full" earned income credit? Did you get the earned income credit? It would be on line 18a of your Form 1040 (for 2019). If you did get it, what makes you think that it is not the "full" earned income credit? The amount of earned income credit that you get depends on your income and other factors.

Had you previously estimated your refund through a tax calculator?
The amount of the Earned Income Tax Credit is based upon your earned income and the number of qualifying children reported on the tax return.
The amount of the refund can be affected by the amount of Federal taxes withheld.
Perhaps, a qualifying child turned 17 years of age and no longer qualifies for the $2,500 Child Tax Credit?
You can check your Earned Income Tax Credit amount at page 31 of this IRS publication.
