Where do I indicate my spouse is disabled so I can get the additional 2500 standard deduction?

There is not a special addition to the Standard Deduction for being disabled.  Only if age 65 or older or if being blind would there be an additional amount.

Are you asking about something on a state return?  What state?  There is no such additional amount on a federal return.
