To access the Child and Dependent Care Credit In TurboTax Online,

Down the left side of the screen, select Federal.
Down the left side of the screen, select Deductions & Credits.
Click on the down arrow to the right of You and Your Family.
Click to the right of Child and Other Dependent Tax Credits.

To qualify for this credit, you must:

You (and your spouse, if filing jointly) must have earned income.
You paid caregiving expenses so that you (and your spouse, if filing jointly) could work or look for work.
You paid a caregiver to care for a qualifying person.
