West Virginia new law to allow for gambling losses

My question is about West Virginia gambling losses, HB 2821 that allows losses against winning, retroactive to January 1, 2020. I know that I need to file an amended return for 2022. When will turbo tax provide updates for WV gambling loses?

Updates to the program usually take a few weeks or a few months once the state updates their system  but they are eventually done.   You can either complete an amended return manually once the state forms are updated or wait for the program updates.
