I have had a deduction taken from my W2, but I do not have a W2 as I have been retired since 2006.

I received a request to enter information from a W2. I am retired and did not receive any W2s.

Delete any unneeded W-2's.
Did a W2 transfer over from last year? You need to delete any W2s on your return. Did you try to enter your 1099R in the W2 section? It has another spot.
You must delete any prior-year W-2 information from your tax file. See: How do I delete forms in TurboTax Online?
If the program is still asking you to enter W-2 information, it believes you had W-2 income in the past and wants to make sure you don't forget to enter it for 2020.
After deleting the W-2 and any W-2 worksheets, log out of the program. When you log back in, use the Delete a Form tool (List of Forms in My Return) to confirm these worksheets and statements have been removed from your return.
