Why are you using 2018 TurboTax? Did you neglect to file a 2018 return? You are two years too late to receive a refund for 2018 even if your tax return shows one. The IRS will keep the refund that has been forfeited. If you owe tax due, you still have to pay with interest and penalties.
2018 software is not going to give you accurate results now--you cannot get the updates. Either go to a local tax pro or use the paper forms and prepare them by hand.

A 2018 return (or amended return) can only be filed by mail.
