Where is Energy efficent vehicles?

I can find Go to Federal Taxes->Deductions & Credits->Cars and other things you own-> and click on Start or Update. There is no energy-efficient vehicles. I am using Premier online version.

Click on Deductions and Credits
Locate Cars and Other Things You Own
On Energy Efficient Vehicles, click on Start
