Where is Energy efficent vehicles?

I can find Go to Federal Taxes->Deductions & Credits->Cars and other things you own-> and click on Start or Update.  There is no energy-efficient vehicles.  I am using Premier online version.

Try these steps:

To apply for the Plug-in Electric Drive Motor Vehicle Credit, you will follow the steps below once you are in your return:

• Click on Deductions and Credits
• Locate Cars and Other Things You Own
• On Energy Efficient Vehicles, click on Start
