So I got married in 2021. I originally got the third stimulus check, but my wife did not. But now that we got married in 2021, our combined AGI now makes it so we qualify for the full 2800. I just wanted to make sure that is correct. Cause my refund jumped up quite a bit after seeing that.

No----you already got the $1400 for yourself. You cannot get it twice. The IRS has a record of issuing that $1400 to your SSN. When you go through the recovery rebate credit section in Federal Review you have to answer that you received the $1400. If your new spouse did not receive it, then she can still get it and your refund will increase by $1400-----not by $2800.
If you answer incorrectly, it will delay your refund. The IRS always cross checks for the EIP payments.
Best Wishes!
Since you received the EIP3 of $1,400 you are Not eligible for the Recovery Rebate Credit of $1,400. However, your spouse is eligible if she never received EIP3.
The program would have presented you with a screen for the Recovery Rebate Credit and indicated that you should have received $2,800. It asks is the amount you received. You should have indicated NO and then entered the amount You received of $1,400.
On your tax return, Form 1040 Line 30, there would be a Recovery Rebate Credit of $1,400 for your spouse.
Go back to the Recovery Rebate Credit screen and verify your entries.
Enter stimulus in the Search box located in the upper right of the program screen. Click on Jump to stimulus
