For tax year '22, is there some type of worksheet that supports the amount for state and local income taxes greater than $10,000?
I'm trying to find support for the ($14,847) - see below.

Schedule A, line 5a, represents either state and local income taxes or sales taxes. You can use one or the other but not both.
If your Schedule A, line 5a, used state and local income taxes, they would come from any information return you entered that had state or local taxes withheld, such as W-2s, 1099-Rs, etc.
In addition, if you paid the balance of your 2021 state taxes with your 2021 tax return in 2022, if you paid estimated taxes paid in 2022, or if you paid taxes with an extension to file in 2022, these would also show on Schedule A line 5a.
TurboTax includes a State and Local Tax Deduction Worksheet. You can see it in Forms mode if you use the Desktop/Download version of TurboTax, or by printing/creating a PDF of your complete return in TurboTax Online by following the steps in the link in my previous response.
You are seeing a negative number for "State and local taxes greater than $10,000" because, under current law, you can only deduct up to $10,000 in state and local taxes on your Federal return. The amount that exceeded $10,000 wasn't included in your potential itemized deductions. See this help article for more information.
You could return to the Federal section where you entered state and local taxes to find the total to confirm that the total exceeded $10,000 by the amount you saw in the 2-year comparison.
You can preview your return before filing to review the forms that TurboTax has prepared from your entries and to find out how your taxes were calculated. See here for details. The state and local tax limitation is shown on Schedule A even if you only qualify for the Standard Deduction.
Thanks for your reply and it looks like my issue has to deal with the amount on Line 5a on Schedule A.
By any chance, do you where the items that flow into Line 5a come from?
