If you're asking about MN, see this:
To obtain the refund, the taxpayer must have a CRP, Certificate of Rent Paid (CRP), for each rental unit lived in during the year. The taxpayer's landlord is required to deliver a completed CRP to the taxpayer no later than January 31st of each year.
You will need the CRP to determine your refund, if any, and you must include what is called a Form M1PR with the CRP when it is filed. These forms have to be printed and mailed in to:
Minnesota Property Tax Refund
St. Paul, MN 55145 - 0020
TurboTax will prepare the Form M1PR for you to print. Towards the end of the step-by-step interview for Minnesota you will reach the Other Forms You May Need screen. To have the M1PR prepared and made available for printing, make sure you check the Property Tax Refund (Form M1PR) check box on the Other Forms You May Need screen, then follow the prompts through the end of the interview.

First of all, that address has the wrong zip code and has no street or street number. It is literall not even a valid address let alone the correct one.
Second, the asker already filled out the form on Turbotax. They want to know how to find it again on the website so that they can print another copy. They worded it oddly, but that should have been clear from "form that I already filled out."
For some magical reason, MN won't let you track your refund unless you remember the exact dollar amount.
@dirtpoor Take a look at the actual form from the MN site and look at the bottom of page 2. Carefully look at the address on the form.

Notice how it is identical to the address given in the reply above?
The last line in Critter's reply tells the original poster how to open up the return and find the MN form.
The requirement to use the exact refund amount to check the status is a security measure. The IRS asks for the exact refund amount to give you the status of your federal refund, too.
Are you also in need of help with this form?
The address on the MN Revenue Website is Minnesota Department of Revenue
Mail Station 0020
600 N. Robert St.
St. Paul, MN 5145-0020
I filled out the form just fine. Sent it to that address. Six months later they still did not get my form. Called in. Got ACTUAL address. Now they have finally finished PROCESSING my return and I will hopefully get it sometime before CHRISTMAS. THANKS TURBOTAX!!!
Look CAREFULLY at that address. Notice how it has a street and a street number? Notice how it is ACTUALLY an address per the guidelines of the USPS?
Or do you need HELP with that?
I am having the same problem. Every year in the past, TT has prompted me to print this out at the end to mail in on my own. However, this year it did not. I cannot find the completed MNPR form within the state tax documents that I am given to save, nor select it individually. I can see where it is pulled up, but I am not allowed to print.
