Itsdeductable 2019 will not update donation items now?

unable to input 2019 donations, it just spins on the wheel.  Do not want to wait for next year to input this year

Very often this  is a browser issue.    Mine does this on Chrome.  Try using Firefox or Explorer.

Can you please tell us what version of TurboTax you are using (online/desktop) and what type of device (PC/Mac/Other)?

CHROME: wheel spins for ever, but if you refresh page, it saved the item

FIREFOX: does not have a button to add a new item

same problem last year, i thought you'd have it fixed by now; also it lost all my donations from previous years.

Tried importing charitable contributions from Its Deductible to Deluxe and I get a screen asking I use KEYCHAIN on my Mac. Have no idea what that is
