TurboTax Premier prescription cost field not allowing me to update

in the step-by-step process the prescription cost field has a $0 entered and the system will not allow me to change that to what I paid in 2019. 

Can I enter it  on a form? If so, what form and what line number?

Prescription medication costs can be entered on line 1 of the Medical Worksheet which flows to Schedule A line 1,

Same problem for other medical expenses. Looks like a serious bug. Will hope your worksheet solution will cover other issues as well..

It depends. To clarify, are you trying to do this on the form or in the program? If you are trying to enter this on the form or worksheet, go to the the step by step portion of the program.

1. Log in or open Turbo Tax.
2. Go to federal>deductions and credits>Medical>medical expenses>start, update, or review
3. Turbo Tax will ask a battery of questions regarding medical expense.  At the end of the interview, it will ask for a description and amount of other medical expenses you may have.

If I understand this:

Ignore the Interview content and got to end of section. Type in each blocked expense category and put them in as Additional Expenses. Others said goto medical worksheet. That didn't work either. Is yours the workaround?
