turbotax not importing 1099 from etrade properly

I am a windows user and I had no problems importing E*Trade (Morgan Stanley) into the TurboTax program. I did it for myself and my son-in law No problems.

The selected file is NOT a previous year tax file or it is corrupted. Choose a different file and try again. Error when importing .tax2024 file to TurboTax online
