Did you have 2800 on 1040 line 30 for the Recovery Rebate Credit for the 3rd Stimulus? Did you already get the 3rd Stimulus (1,400 per person) they sent out last year starting in March 2021? You each should also get IRS letter 6475 saying what they sent you. Line 30 is only if you didn't get the full amount or qualify for more.

If you claimed a missing stimulus payment on your return but the IRS took it off you have to ask the IRS. They think they already sent it to you. Maybe it went to an account you don't remember. Or you got a check or a card. It was probably easy to miss the debit card in the mail and think it was junk mail. They have to put a trace on it.

Double check your bank accounts and check your IRS account (both accounts if married) to see how much the IRS sent you.

If you didn't get the 3rd Stimulus check but the IRS shows they sent it to you then request a trace for a missing third Stimulus payment

I simply cannot believe that thousands of people who used TT this year didn't fill out their IRS forms correctly...which is what is being touted as the problem.  Oh really???  Show me!!!

Because they don't read the screens closely and enter the wrong amount for the Stimulus.  They have been forgetting they did get the 1400 or 2800.  Or they didn't get it but the IRS records show it was sent to them.

I’m 1400$ short on my tax refund from tpg products? Where’s my money I got my letter from the irs I’ve called everyone turbo tax the bank they use, and no one will answer. How do I get my money? Where’s the rest of my refund? I need answers and my money! Who else do I need to contact?

If your refund is short $1,400 then that is because you said you did not receive the 3rd stimulus payment and the IRS has records that show you were sent the 3rd stimulus payment so they removed the $1,400 Recovery Rebate Credit that was entered on Form 1040 Line 30.

Go to this IRS website for your tax account to see if the 3rd stimulus payment is entered - https://www.irs.gov/payments/your-online-account

No your wrong! I have a letter from the irs. My refund total that was released by the irs was $2183.00. I only received $477.00. 

So what did the bank do with my money? Same problem looks like everyone else is having with this bank
