Turbo Tax Deluxe 2022

I entered in Medical Expense but have to go back and adjust something - I can't

all I get to is Thanks We got your Medical Expense Info page

I have tried to go back , Update, Walkthrough, I can't get to the page to re-enter the expenses correctly

How can I fix this?

If I don't 'Save' this form I will have to re-enter everything up to this point.

There should be a way to go back and Edit this page

I see Form View, but I don't want Form View I want to go back to the pages were I enter Prescriptions , Medical, Dental in detail - why can't I get there?

If it is stuck, try going directly to one of the sections using the search function. 

Click on Search by the magnifying glass icon, on the upper right.
Enter prescriptions in the search box
Click on the blue link for Jump to Prescriptions
It will take you directly inside the Medical Expenses interview and you can use Back and Continue to navigate

It appears like it tries to go there , but then lands on the same Page

I tried Dentists too - and saw Jump to Dentists -

takes me to same page - I can't get back to the details

I think I have to start over - from the beginning :( 

this  appears to be a 'bug'

If it is stuck, deleting the worksheet and re-entering should clear that Review prompt and update the summary.

Note the amounts currently entered in this section, before you delete the worksheet.

To delete a the Medical Expenses Worksheet, you can use Delete Forms

1. In the left menu, select Tax Tools
2. Select Tools
3. Select Delete a form
4. Scroll to the Medical Expenses Worksheet (below Schedule A) and click Delete on the right
5. Then scroll to the bottom and select Continue with my return

Then, return to Deductions and Credits and the Medical section and continue through all of the questions in Medical Expenses.

Thank you. I see how this would work , great solution.

But really Turbo Tax should have a better way to handle these to go back and edit , without deleting.

I have another person , same issue with Medical Form , can't go back.

They have a 1095 A and on the Deductions and Credits Summary - this shows 0 even after entering the form

the total is showing on the line above as just Medical - that is odd. I get it is added into Medical , but why then have this separated and show 0 on Summary
