Is this a state question?  If so, which state?

 

This is likely a question on a form for your state so TurboTax needs to ask this question in order to fill out the forms completely.  It is not saying that you had coverage that lapsed, it is simply asking if you did.

Mine did too and my coverage never lapsed.

This issue actually originates with the question in the TurboTax interview that asks "What type of High Deductible Health Plan did [name] have on December 1, 2021?"
