Just enter any name for the "bank" and then enter the dividend amounts.
You need to contact the company you invest with to get the proper tax forms.
Unfortunately they don't have US TINs. Some of the companies are PFICs. Others are not. What can I do to efile my return?
To enter dividends you do NOT need a TIN ... Just click on "enter it myself" ...
Thanks. I did this, but it still says I need to disclose the TIN. This issue is resulting in me not being able to efile my return.

Insert a dummy number such as 12-3456789 and see if that works.
Skip the import ... use the type it in myself option ... then simply enter the name of the bank/broker and the amount ... an EIN is NOT required ...
