If you are going to use TurboTax online editions then you will need the Deluxe edition to report your foreign earned income. A 2022 tax return can be e-filed using TurboTax from anywhere there is an internet connection. The 2022 return can be e-filed at any time on or before October 16, 2023.
Also, to pay for the TurboTax account fees you will need a US credit card with a US billing address.
You report your foreign earned income on Form 2555.

To enter Foreign Earned Income -
Click on Federal Taxes (Personal using Home and Business)
Click on Wages and Income (Personal Income using Home and Business)
Click on I'll choose what I work on (if shown)
Scroll down to Less Common Income
On Foreign Earned Income and Exclusion, click on the start or update button
Or enter foreign income in the Search box located in the upper right of the program screen. Click on Jump to foreign income
