I am a foreign national who owns a corporation registered in Wyoming. I have 0 revenue and expenses. Where can I federal tax return for April 2023 by myself?

I’ve completed the 1020 form but cannot find where to file it.

Also, be aware that a typical corporate tax return (1120 or 1120-S) is due by March 15th, not April 15th. Presently, late filing fees for a corporation are $205 per month, for each member/owner of the corporation.

That is only for an S-corporation, not a C-corporation.
