@DoninGA thank you for your response. All I can do is add the EV vehicle but there's nothing that allows me to add the EV charger for credit.

Are you using the TurboTax desktop editions installed on a personal computer? If so, make sure that your TurboTax software is updated to the latest release.
Click on Online and then click on Check for Updates.
Here is a screenshot of what you should see in the EV Charging Station section of the program -
@DoninGA I do not see that screenshot on my end. I am using the online TurboTax so I assume that it's already updated. This has to be a TT flaw. I wish TT would fix this. There's got to be tons of people who have had the EV chargers installed in their homes and must get the tax credit/subsidy.
@shaki c Hold for a minute and I will go to my online test account and see what I can see.
@shaki c Ok.. Just went to the online Premium edition of TurboTax for tax year 2024.
Access the section for Cars and Other Things You Own
Then on Energy-Efficient Vehicle Charging Station, clicked on the start button
The next screen is labeled Energy-Efficient Vehicle Charging Station and asks the question Did you install an alternative fuel vehicle charging or refueling station in 2024? Answered Yes.
The next screen is labeled Tell Us About Your Station
So the online editions have the charging station information available for entry.
If you are not seeing this then close the TurboTax online program.

Agree 100%. It is so crazy that form 8911 would not immediately pop up when one has indicated that an EV was purchased during the tax year. According to TurboTax, my taxes were 100% complete and I could've filed, foregoing the tax incentive for having purchased and installed an EV charger at home. I reduced my tax liability by $480 by finally finding the nestled Form 8911 all thanks to @DoninGA who helped me find the 'hidden' form 8911.
TurboTax needs to get with the times and update their software to incorporate EV incentives to be more easily accessible to the taxpayers!
