We are living in our motor home traveling while waiting for our new house to be finished being built. Have not closed on the new house yet. Just using our daughters Ca address for mail since November 5 when our la house sold. We are retired.
Our driver’s license and vehicles are still registered in La.
No, you can only have one domicile and it will remain the state from which you have “moved” until you have taken the proper steps to change it to your new state of domicile. You will file your taxes as a resident in Louisiana.
