Adjusted Refund

TurboTax does not have your refund.  TurboTax never touches your refund, and cannot "release" your refund to you.

Santa Barbara Tax Products Group, LLC  (SBTPG) is the bank that handles the Refund Processing Service when you choose to have your TurboTax fees deducted from your refund. This option also has an additional charge from the bank that processes the transaction.

You can contact them SBTPG, toll-free, at 1-877-908-7228 or go to their secure website www.sbtpg.com

Adjusted Refund

Just tried that. They are unreachable. How can I proceed to receive my Adjusted Refund?

Adjusted Refund

Keep trying....TurboTax is out of the loop.   TurboTax gets no information about your refund after you file your tax return.   If the IRS reduced your refund, you will eventually get the refund from either the third party bank or from the IRS.   If you somehow provided incorrect banking information when you prepared your return, there will be a long delay.   If the third party bank has your correct banking information then you should receive your refund from them.

We keep seeing users who messed up their banking information and then it becomes complicated.  When that happens the third party bank ends up returning the refund to the IRS and then the IRS has to mail a check.   TurboTax cannot intercede with any of this.
