2019 tax preparation - where to enter 1127 information Box 14 or Box 19

Last year, my W2 form shows 1127 information listed under Box 14, this year my employer placed it under Box 19 Local Income Tax paid and Box 20 with the numbers 1127. Which is correct? How should I enter it in Turbo Tax. Box 20 does not accept 1127, when I type it in. It ask for NYC or Yonkers.

Section 1127 is a New York City tax on city employees that live outside of the City.  I am an advocate of posting everything exactly as iet shows on the original document.  This is the IRS's benchmark.  Fortunately TurboTax knows some documents are not perfect, so we provide alternatives.  To adjust for this Go To:

3. Scroll down to Estimates and other Taxes Paid
4. Select Other Income Taxes
5. Scroll to Other Income Taxes Paid
6. Select Withholding not already entered on a W-2
7. Enter the amount, State and City
