Scenario- Married filing Joint
Own Primary Residence - no mortgage, claim property taxes
Second Home - has mortgage, claim property taxes
Third Home - Parents live in, no rental income received - no mortgage, husband owns home
Where do I claim the property taxes on the third home? If under rental property, seems to be an issue with entering zero in the rental income space.
Please advise.

If you don’t rent your property to make a profit, you can’t deduct rental expenses in excess of the amount of your rental income.

The third home is not a rental.
You can deduct real estate taxes for all US personal property that you own as a schedule A itemized deduction. There is no limitation for first/second home like there is for mortgage interest. However, the deduction for all state and local taxes (including income and property taxes) is capped at $10,000, so adding the property taxes on the third home might not actually reduce your tax liability.
