The third home is not a rental.

 

You can deduct real estate taxes for all US personal property that you own as a schedule A itemized deduction.  There is no limitation for first/second home like there is for mortgage interest.  However, the deduction for all state and local taxes (including income and property taxes) is capped at $10,000, so adding the property taxes on the third home might not actually reduce your tax liability.
