Car registration fees in PA

So can I deduct them? Questionaire is very confusing, it spells out that I can't deduct in my state of residence but then it says I should be able to deduct some taxable portion. Nothing is itemized in my registration letter. It's $26. That is all there is. Should I enter that or pass?

[edited] Unfortunately, PA does not have a personal property tax on autos so you will not be able to take a deduction for your car registration.

PA does not have a personal property tax on autos.  The $26 is a flat registration renewal fee.  Nothing deductible for PA car registrations.
