how can i enter payments to navient if they will not provide form? thank you

Your student loan servicer (who you make payments to) will provide a copy of your 1098-E if the interest you paid in 2019 met or exceeded $600.

If your student loan interest is less than $600, log on to your Navient account to get the student loan interest you pain in 2019. Navient's Tax ID number is 46-4054283. Enter your student loan interest as if you had a 1098-E form.
