Natural Disaster

I've seen multiple posts that both saying you can and cannot claim Covid as a natural disaster on Turbo Tax. So which is correct? You can or cannot?

Natural Disaster

Covid-19 has never been declared a federal designated natural disaster.

COVID-19 Disaster Declarations

On March 13, 2020, President Trump declared a nationwide emergency pursuant to Sec. 501(b) of Stafford Act to avoid governors needing to request individual emergency declarations.

A national emergency is not a declared natural disaster.  A natural disaster is caused by wind, water, fire, snow, hurricanes, tornadoes, earthquakes, volcanic eruptions, etc.  Not by a disease.
