The $510 for EIC looks right according to the IRS chart for EIC if you are between the age of 25 and 65. And you should be getting back all the tax that was withheld from your pay since you made less than $10,400. (that is your standard deduction of $6350 + your personal exemption of $4050 = $10, 400 which is not subject to tax)
What is in box 2 of your W-2? Does that account for the rest of that refund?
