It's Deductible Site Broken

I realize itsdeductibleonline.com is really old and hasn't been updated forever, but between December 2021 and January 2022, one of the major functions broke.

When I try to add new items to a donation, there is nothing listed in the browse categories. Searching for an item (even a very common one) always has zero results. None of the defaults show up at all. (See images.) That renders the site nothing more than a cumbersome way to list items.

I tried multiple browsers. Will this be fixed?

The items list is not updated for 2022 donations.   The list is complete for 2021 only, but there are no items populated yet for 2022.   You won't file for 2022 donations until next year in 2023, so TurboTax will populate the items menu with the full database, but not until later this year.   But if you make sure you are on the 2021 donations tab, you should be able to find all of the common items in the database.

Thanks for the response. It won't help to go onto the 2021 tab, because I'm trying to enter donations for 2022.

When you say "later this year," can you give me an idea of what that means? Given that it's 2022, I suspect I'm not the only person who has items from this year to enter.

Having the same issue.... I really need this to work. I like to update on a monthly basis better than having to do it all at once.

Please check back next week because Its Deductible is currently receiving updates. We are aware of the issue and are currently working on resolving it.

It's now mid-March and the issue is the same. Can I get an update please? I have multiple long donations to add. I try to do it contemporaneously as they occur.

This issue should be resolved. Have you tried logging completely out of your TurboTax account, and deleting your browser's cookies? Please see this TurboTax FAQ regarding  How to delete cookies! If that doesn't work, try using a different browser all together.
