There is a tab at the top of the screen after login at ItsDeductible, that selects 2022.
BUT
at least a couple days ago, the "Items" donation selection was not working properly.
....so, since 2022 has just started, wait a few weeks and try again at the end of the month.

App not updated for 2022 as of 1/7/22. Does year end come as surprise?
Who knows.....but if you really want to push the issue, call Customer Support and complain....none of us in here has a direct line to those folks who should be enabling the needed ItsDeductible software updates. Perhaps they can light a fire under the responsible software team:

I'm having the same problem and now we are halfway through the month. It's absolutely impossible to reach a human with their awful customer service. Any other ideas on how we get action with this company that doesn't like to hear from their customers?
I agree. It is infuriating. No way to talk to a real person, and the update is late and getting later.

Ok so the week is almost over. I’m pulling together a second donation since 1/1/22 and still nothing but promises for an update. Why is this so elusive?
Thanks Brandi. I've been using TurboTax and ItsDeductible for years. As the high price tax software solution (TurboTax), I would expect ItsDeductible would be updated for the start of the year. I don't recall the timing for last year, but I'm already two donations in for this year and very much like to stay current. Appreciate if we can get a date when the program is updated. I've been checking back regularly and nothing yet. All the best!
