I am using Self-Employed. On the home office simplified method, I have a deduction of $825 for a 165 sq ft home office. Does the $825 get deducted quarterly or annually?

Thanks!

Your home office deduction is an annual deduction for that tax year.  It is the sq ft amount of 165 times $5 (165 x 5) which equals the $825.
