It is not clear why that is happening given that you have no dependents. If you cannot bypass the section of TurboTax where you are asked to complete Schedule 8812, or if this issue prevents you from e-filing, perhaps deleting the Schedule will resolve the issue. Here are the step to follow to delete a form/schedule in TurboTax.
Here is a link to a TurboTax article discussing how to delete a form which you also may find helpful.

Same problem for me during the Turbo Fed error check. Deleting the 8812 did not work, but it might have if I deleted it and immediately saved, exited Turbo and restarted, don't know.
What did work is to go to 8812 forms-Smart Worksheet, in fact the Fed error check will point it out to you, but the first box it initially highlights won't be the only one you need to review. Go to the full form to see it all, and reading carefully check all the boxes on the 8812 And the Smart worksheet about residency and spouse and kids, and put zeros and checks in the places where it looks right. Then run the Fed error check again. It should give you a thumbs up. If not re-check the 8812 smart worksheet for more entries. When the Fed error check is good "Save" the return before proceeding, maybe even save, exit and restart to clear the registers.
Everyone has to answer whether they received advance child tax credit payments. If you did not receive any of those payments between July and December you need to answer that you did not receive any payments.
There are so many scenarios with those payments---like divorced/never married parents who have issues over who received the payments, who claimed the children, etc. --- the software has no way of knowing if any of that involves you---so you have to answer the questions about it.
Please follow these steps to indicate you did not receive any advanced payments:
Click on the "Search" on the top and type "Child tax credit"
Click on “Jump to Child Tax Credit”
Continue through the questions until the "Tell us about any advance Child Tax Credit payments" screen and select "No".
Continue through the questions.
