If self employed, do I still need to file a schedule C if my itemizations are less than the standard deduction?

We file Married Joint, My husband is retired military and I am self employed.  We also own a rental property. Since the standard deduction has increased and I worked part time this year,  my business deductions are less than the standard deduction.  I'm unclear as to which Turbo Tax to use and whether or not I still need to file a schedule C.

Your personal itemized deductions on a Schedule A and Standard Deduction have no bearing whatsoever on reporting your self-employment income and expenses on a Schedule C.

To enter self-employment income and expenses using the TurboTax online editions you must use the Self-Employed edition.  The Self-Employed edition also supports entering rental income and expenses on Schedule E.  The Self-Employed edition also supports entry of pension/retirement income reported on a Form 1099-R.
