If my wife is part of my HDHP and I have HSA which includes her, is the HDHP considered a Family or Single plan? Does 1-A on form 1095-C mean anything?
The language for the 1095-C 1-A code is a little confusing, but it sounds like it is coverage for both myself and any dependents and spouse. So does this mean I have HDHP for family?

Yes, if it is more than just you covered it is a Family HDHP.
No, 1-A on form 1095-C doesn't mean for you. It is for the employer and means that it was a qualifying offer.
