No, you cannot deduct foreign sales tax on your U.S. federal return, unfortunately.  The IRS allows a deduction only for the U.S. states (and their local sales tax).

No, you cannot deduct foreign sales tax on your U.S. federal return, unfortunately.  The IRS allows a deduction only for the U.S. states (and their local sales tax).
