To get past that page in TurboTax you can visit your TurboTax screens to see if you answered a question that may have triggered the Qualified Adoptive Child Worksheet.
To review your screens related to adoption credits, you can do the following:

I tried all the steps suggested by 2 assistants, and they did not work. There is still a bug in TurboTax's system believing I have some unclaimbed Child Adoption credit. I had cleared my cache of cookies/browser history/etc. and started my taxes over. I had to snail mail the IRS/state because I was not allowed to e-file. Hopefully the problem gets resolved by next year.
I would like to take a deeper look at this. However, I need a diagnostic file which is a copy of your tax return that has all of your personal information removed. You can send one to us by following the directions below:
